On 2 and 3 December, the European Business Council for Africa (EBCAM) held its 37th General Assembly in Brussels.

Our members exchanged about future advocacy opportunities for the Association, reflecting on the outcomes of EBCAM’s participation in the AU–EU Business Forum 2025 and trends in Euro-African relations.

They also received valuable insights into the EU’s smart financing tools and investment strategy in Africa from Dr San Bilal (ECDPM 🌍), and on EU–Africa trade relations from Mr Ivano Casella (DG Trade, European Commission).

We sincerely thank both speakers for their valuable contributions as well as our members for the engaging discussions. We look forward to welcoming EBCAM members to the next General Assembly in Paris in June 2026.
